What gives our lives meaning? How do we align our talents, passions, values, and responsibilities in a way that feels authentic and sustainable?

Many women spend years caring for others, advancing careers, or responding to life's demands before pausing to ask:

● What truly energizes me?

● What strengths have I overlooked?

● How do I want the next chapter of my life to look?

Our three-session Ikigai workshop creates space to reflect on these questions while providing practical tools for turning insight into meaningful action.

Designed for women navigating career transitions, leadership, creative pursuits, retirement planning, or simply seeking greater purpose, this workshop introduces participants to the Japanese concept of Ikigai – often translated as "reason for being." Through guided reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, participants will explore the intersection of what they love, what they do well, what the world needs, and what brings fulfillment.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all definition of purpose, Ikigai provides participants with tools for discovering their own answers. Together, we'll explore how our experiences, strengths, relationships, and aspirations can inform intentional decisions about work, leadership, creativity, and life. Participants will leave with a personalized Ikigai map and practical strategies for making decisions that reflect who they are and who they aspire to become.

Sessions focus on purpose discovery, strengths-based coaching, values clarification, and strategic life design, with Ikigai serving as the organizing framework.

You will also receive a digital workbook containing reflection prompts, exercises, and resources that support continued growth beyond the workshop.
