What’s Included
The ThroughLine program is designed to help you examine and define your professional journey – 10 years at a time – while giving yourself permission to change and grow. We take the mystery out of finding a mentor, building a network, and advocating for yourself in each decade, from your 20s to your 70s.
During the five-month course, you’ll have the opportunity to join 13 live, virtual sessions:

Dive deeply into each decade, participating in self-reflection and personal mapping exercises while also learning from the experiences of others

Join our expert-led discussions on a variety of topics ranging from financial wellness to career movement

Gain a deeper understanding of your unique strengths and how you can leverage them to achieve your ambitions
You’e also invited to attend our live capstone event in NYC to celebrate your program completion, hear from inspiring speakers, and network in-person with your fellow participants. As an added benefit, you’ll have access to special rates for One-on-One Coaching from our certified network of kind, thoughtful coaches who deeply understand the ThroughLine curriculum.
Our focus is on building trusting communication and understanding, which will naturally lead to the network that’s right for you. If you want, you will leave the program with a supportive community. Or, if you prefer, you can be silent within the community and still build skills and insight. There is no judgement.
Each participant’s experience should be authentic and valuable in their own way.
